PRESS RELEASE: Same name, same DNA and business as usual, but more resources and competencies. These are the main messages in the partnership between Uni-way A/S and Blue Logistics Group A/S.
After 32 years on its own, Uni-way A/S is now part of Blue Logistics Group A/S, an ambitious network of transport companies continuously developed and expanded in different markets for the benefit of our customers.
“We have become part of something bigger and we gain access to resources and competencies to help us meet future demands for the green transition and increased digitalisation. Quite simply, we will be stronger on the next part of the journey to benefit our customers and partners,” says CEO Claus Madsen.
Business as usual in a strong network
We will continue as before with the same product offering, the same management, and the same employees. Last but not least, we will retain the culture and values that have always characterised Uni-way A/S in our daily work.
“It was imperative to us that we did not give up our name, DNA, and values in the partnership, and we continued to focus on our many faithful and loyal customers and partners. The difference is that going forward, we are stronger on all fronts regarding the green transition and the challenges the industry will face in the coming years. Furthermore, Blue Logistics Group A/S shares our values, which, of course, has greatly impacted our belief that it will be an excellent partnership,” says Claus Madsen.
Blue Logistics Group is a new player in the logistics industry with very experienced people behind the wheel. Behind the company are brothers Karsten Mathiesen and Morten Mathiesen, who helped build NTG A/S, and as CEO and partner, we have Nikolaj Meyland-Smith, who, among other things, has a past at DSV A/S.
With our partners in Blue Logistics Group A/S, we will continue to focus on high quality and service, combined with sharp transport services and, in the long term, greener solutions on land, sea and air.
